About Me:
Rosie's Baking Journey
Thank you for visiting my page, my name is Rosie. Since I can remember, I have always had a passion and flair for creating, whether it was drawing, painting, or doing some form of arts and crafts.
As a child, I would always be at my happiest when drawing and would often be found quietly making art or colouring in. I would always enjoy art at school. As I got older, I drifted away from it, and it wasn’t until my early 20’s when I discovered a new hobby - cake making.
In 2015, I took a friend of mine to a cake decorating class and I ended up enjoying it more than she did! It brought back happy memories of my childhood, helping my mum bake cakes for school fetes and baking jam tarts and apple pies with my late grandmother. It was at that class that my love for baking was born and my journey began.
I started off experimenting and baking cakes for friends and family. It was initially a lot of trial and error, posting my creations on social media. After receiving lots of positive feedback and requests, I decided to turn a hobby into a business and now bake cakes from my home kitchen in East Hertfordshire.
I absolutely love that I can create edible art for people, that my cakes are a part of special celebrations which bring friends and family together, and I am thrilled to have my artistic flair back.
It’s been a learning journey for me but an enjoyable one, and I am always open to a new cake challenge.

I typically deliver within a 15 mile radius at a charge of £1 per mile travelled, charged outbound only.
If you are outside this radius, please do still get in contact as arrangements can always be made!
Alternatively you can collect from Ware for free!

Typically, party slices are cut into triangles and are larger than wedding portions which are known as finger slices. Cakes can be cut to your own preference and the below is a serving size suggestion.

Please be advised that whilst some cakes are nut free, I cannot guarantee that some products do not contain or have come into contact with nuts, and therefore I do not cater for nut allergies at this time
All cakes can be made gluten free and/or dairy free by substituting flour for gluten free flour and butter with dairy free butter.
